Danny Murphy has delivered his verdict on Tottenham Hotspur's chances of winning the Premier League title this season.
Spurs found themselves top of the table going into last month's clash away at Liverpool, and their form has stuttered since the last-gasp 2-1 defeat at Anfield.
However, they're just seven points behind league leaders Manchester United with a game in hand.
Another team in the title race is Leicester City who are only two points off United following their 2-0 win over Chelsea at the King Power Stadium last week.
As a result, Brendan Rodgers' side are seen as potential dark-horses by many.
Leicester winning the title would see them crowned champions of England for the second time in the space of five years.
But are they and Spurs realistic contenders this season?
Well, Murphy doesn't think his former club can emulate the Foxes' amazing feat from the 2015/2016 campaign and has given three reasons why - including a lack of creativity.
"Leicester will think they have a hell of a chance. Losing Jamie Vardy is a blow even though Kelechi Iheanacho is a lively striker," Murphy wrote in his Daily Mail column. "Their game at Everton next week is real acid test of their ambitions.
"Jose Mourinho has won enough trophies in his career for Tottenham to be worthy of a mention.
"There is a confidence in their squad but there is too much of a reliance on Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min for them to be realistic winners.
"I've seen them fail to see off teams too many times.
"The Fulham game was a perfect example — Fulham played well but Spurs didn’t have the quality to win.
"Tanguy Ndombele is the one midfielder who can see a killer pass but even he has only scored four goals in 24 games this season.
"Leicester have more creativity in that area, with James Maddison and Youri Tielemans."
