Jose Mourinho has claimed "everyone knew" that Harry Kane should've had a penalty after his side were denied against bouremouth.
Tottenham failed to threaten against the relegation-threatened side at the Vitality Stadium as they registered no shots on target.
But the key moment of the game when against the north London side despite VAR reviewing the incident.
Kane was bundled over by Josh King in what looked like a blatant foul, but nothing was awarded.
The game ended goalless, but Mourinho couldn't believe the decision had gone against his side.
"The game had the most important moment - you know when, you know who - and I don't want to say anything more in relation to that because everyone knows and I don't need to say much more," he said.
"In the world, everybody knows that is a penalty. And I say everybody, I mean everybody.
"It's not just my opinion, everyone in the world, everybody knows that is a penalty. And when I say everybody, I say everybody, everybody.
"I am not saying that Harry Kane scores 100 per cent of his penalties, but it is very very high. Normally at minute five we would be winning 1-0 against a team in trouble, I think the game would be completely different."
It is the second major decision to go against Tottenham in recent weeks.
VAR harshly ruled out a Kane goal in their defeat at Sheffield United - on both occasions Michael Oliver was the VAR official.
And Mourinho added: "Like Sheffield, the man of the match was not one of the players.
"But at Sheffield I could blame myself and the players, today I could not do that."
