Jose Mourinho has admitted to feeling "disturbed" by the Amazon documentary series that is following the Tottenham squad this season.
Filming for the 'All or Nothing' series has been taking place since the start of the 2019/20 campaign, and in November cameras captured footage of Mauricio Pochettino's dramatic sacking as manager and Mourinho's swift appointment as new boss less than 12 hours later.
Back in the summer when filming began it would have been hoped that the cameras would follow a successful Spurs season in the wake of reaching June's Champions League final, but instead they have documented a squad that is facing a struggle to reach the top four in the Premier League.
Spurs entertain table-toppers Liverpool on Saturday, and when it was put to Mourinho that there would be more focus on him during the match because of his battle with Reds boss Jurgen Klopp, he couldn't help but reference the Amazon film crew.
"I feel the cameras because they’ll be on my face. I walk in the tunnel it's on my face, even before the game finishes the camera will be on my face," said Mourinho.
"These guys (gestures to Amazon cameraman), these guys are 24 hours. Only when I go to the toilet they're not coming with me! Apart from that they're always with me.
"Of course I feel it (the focus on a matchday). But disturb me? No, only Amazon disturb me, not the cameras on matchday. I don't think about it.
"Of course it’s not me against Jurgen. Big match – Tottenham v Liverpool . Let’s enjoy it."
The clash at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium kicks off at 5.30pm on Saturday.
