A Tequilla company has offered some tips to help celebrate an annual Mexican celebration in the best possible way.
Jose Cuervo spokesperson Oli Pergl believes Irish people should spice up their brunch this Sunday for Cinco de Mayo.
Cuervo Tradicional has created two recipes to use this weekend: A twist on a classic cocktail and a traditional Mexican egg dish.
The Tequilla experts teamed up with Lily Ramirez-Foran, Picado Mexican to share a traditional Mexican dish that you can make at home - Huevos Rancheros with fresh eggs, tortilla and jalapeño.
Lily said: "Huevos Rancheros are a typical Mexican brunch.

"They’re delicious and super easy to make; I make them for the weekend and love adding a little tequila to the sauce; we use Cuervo Tradicional whenever we can as it adds a depth of flavour to the tomatoes and the hint of agave makes it a real treat!"
Oli added : "Brunching with family and friends this Cinco de Mayo calls for Cuervo Tradicional, a great tasting, premium tequila.
"The Bloody Maria is the perfect partner to the time-honoured Mexican brunch special, Huevos Rancheros, revealing the sweetness of the tomatoes and the heat of the jalapeño."
