Jos Buttler makes IPL decision as England ODI series looms

Jos Buttler will leave the IPL early to join England's squad for the upcoming white-ball series against the West Indies.
Buttler's decision boosts England ahead of the series, which starts on May 29th, with the first ODI at Edgbaston.
His IPL team, Gujarat Titans, are likely to reach the playoffs, but Buttler will miss those matches to prioritise international duty.
The ECB expects all contracted players to return from the IPL for the West Indies series, impacting players like Will Jacks and Jacob Bethell, whose IPL teams are also vying for playoff spots.
Jofra Archer's participation in the series is uncertain due to a thumb injury, but the ECB is reportedly not overly concerned. England has also added Tim Southee to their coaching staff for a short-term period.
