Jorginho's agent hints at Chelsea exit as he discusses Maurizio Sarri reunion at Juventus

The agent of Jorginho has said that he's expecting offers for the Chelsea midfielder in the summer transfer window.

Not for the first time since joining the Blues has the Italy international's future in west London placed in doubt.

There was talk of him following Maurizio Sarri to Juventus last summer after his compatriot departed Stamford Bridge after just one season as head coach which saw him guide the Blues back into the Champions League as well as winning the Europa League.

Despite staying put and emerging as a key player under Frank Lampard this season, rumours of a move to Serie A simply refuse to go away and Jorginho's agent is doing very little to quash all the speculation.

When asked whether a reunion with Sarri could be possible this summer, Joao Santos told Tuttomercatoweb, as per the Daily Mail. "Why not?

"I am sure that some important proposals will come, which we would obviously evaluate together with Chelsea.

"His goal is the Europeans with the national team.

"There are many expectations around Mancini's team. The European Championship is also a good showcase.

"Even personally, he is doing very well at Chelsea, and I am sure that some important proposals will come because in his role there are not many high-level players like him around."

As mentioned above, this is not the first time Jorginho has been linked with a move to the Serie A giants.

In fact, last May the midfielder's agent said playing for Juventus is a possibility despite ties to Napoli.

"Juve? I don't know," Joao Santos said to Italian Radio station Radio Marte (via The Express ). "Jorginho had a terrific season, he played in 50 games and was very good.

"Even if Jorginho does have Napoli ties, he can't say that he won't play for a certain team because of this.

"He is a professional so it's normal that the door remains open for Juve."
