Jorginho's agent appears to be backtracking on his client's transfer stance already following his role in Italy's Euro 2020 win.
It was only just prior to the final win over England that the midfielder's representative, Joao Santos, insisted Jorginho was keen to renew his contract at Chelsea.
The 29-year-old still has two years remaining on his current deal at Stamford Bridge and has become an integral figure under boss Thomas Tuchel, playing an important part in their Champions League triumph last season.
However, Santos has frequently teased the prospect of Jorginho returning to Italy if the right offer was to present itself, and it seems he is now open to offers.

According to a report from The Sun, Santos confirmed that Serie A giants Juventus were among a group of several top clubs to make contact regarding his availability.
In quotes carried by Calciomercato, Santos said: "I confirm it, these interests have arrived.
"Of course, at 29 he can do very well in all the top European clubs and many are interested in him."
The onus is now on Chelsea to put forward an attractive offer to secure the services of the midfield maestro, who cost them £50m in 2018.
Santos added: "He has a two-year contract, and it's all in the hands of the club. There is the World Club Championship, there is the European Super Cup.
"For a footballer these are important goals. But, the transfer market is always the transfer market and if a major club comes forward seriously with Chelsea then we will evaluate.
"At the moment, Jorginho will play it at Chelsea next season."
While he may still be in a blue shirt for the 2021/22 campaign, the ball would very much be in Jorginho's court if Chelsea were not able to tie him down to an extension by next summer, when he will enter the final 12 months of his contract.
Speaking back in May, Jorginho was adamant he was planning to stay at Chelsea at least for the short term, stating: "I’ve got two more years and I really feel at home here.
Should Chelsea offer Jorginho a new contract or cash in? Have your say below.
"So there’s no point actually even talking about it.
"And we have only just started under Thomas – we’ve got a lot more to do here."
While he is now lauded as a hero in Italy he may get a more hostile reception on his return to Premier League action next month, after he escaped a red card in the Euro 2020 final for a nasty tackle on Jack Grealish.
Jorginho's studs raked over the ball and came down on Grealish's knee in a reckless challenge which earned him only a yellow card.
His former manager Frank Lampard was in the BBC studio and believes his old player got off lightly.
"There’s been a lot of good things about VAR, but I’m pretty sure in the Premier League that gets looked at on the monitor and it’s a red card.
"It’s not always easy to nail them straight away. But I think it’s a red card."
Alan Shearer was in agreement, blasting: "It’s careless, it was endangering the safety of an opponent. It was over the top and it should’ve been a red card."
