Two goals, second most passes in the match and more than 90 minutes on the pitch - not a bad effort for a player carrying an injury.
Jorginho skipped on his way to slotting two penalties past Illan Meslier as he returned to action after being rested in Chelsea's clash with Zenit Saint Petersburg in midweek.
The midfielder put in an accomplished performance against an energetic Leeds side, and once again proved how vital he is for the Blues.
Thomas Tuchel detailed the Italian maestro was suffering from a back injury, and that the 29-year-old is likely to have to carry it throughout the festive period.
"My back is not in the best condition but when you need to push yourself even more to help your team it’s what you have to do," said Jorginho following Chelsea's win.
"It’s hard but you have to do it. It’s the best thing you can do."
The Blues midfielder is keen to lead by example, and despite the win over Leeds explains the level at Chelsea demands that they continue to improve after recovering from dropped points against West Ham and Zenit.
He said: "If we think we gave an extra 10 percent then we have no more to improve on, and that is not the mentality we have here. We always need to want to improve and do more, but we did our job, we needed these three points and we got them. On to the next."
Jorginho has played a large number of minutes with injuries to Mateo Kovacic and N'Golo Kante, depleting Chelsea's midfield stocks.
Tuchel is unsurprised that the Blues' vice-captain has had to carry an injury, and noted the former Napoli star has suffered for weeks.
Jorginho is one of 9 nominees for Fans' Footballer of the Year and you can vote for him below.
The German coach said: "He is super important. Jorgi has sacrificed himself for many weeks, actually. I was aware this moment would come where he would suffer because he played Champions League campaign with us, the Euros with Italy, and all their World Cup qualifiers.
"So there has not only been a physical effort for him it's been mentally very demanding.
"He had no pre-season, started the Super Cup game straight away. So I knew there would be a point in the season he feels his body and wouldn't be fully fit. But Jorgi is Jorgi and he is fully aware of the situation that we miss Kova (Mateo Kovacic) and N'Golo (Kante).
"He sacrificed and gives his best every single day. He spends hours and hours with the physios and medical department to get himself in the best shape possible. It's very nice to have this kind of attitude."
