Jordan’s King Abdullah II welcomed Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan upon his arrival to Marka military airport in Amman on Thursday.
The two officials held official talks and discussed bilateral relations, means of bolstering strategic cooperation and joint coordination to attain mutual interests.
King Abdullah expressed confidence that the visit would give a strong impetus to the bilateral fraternal ties and joint action in all fields.
For his part, Sheikh Mohammed conveyed the greetings of UAE’s President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his best wishes for the Jordanian people.
He congratulated King Abdullah on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the kingdom’s independence, wishing for Jordan and its people continued progress and prosperity under his leadership.
