Jordan Spieth hit this incredible shot for birdie at the Masters on the 8th hole

Jordan Spieth — one of the favorites to win the Masters this weekend (per BetMGM) — found himself in a less-than-ideal spot on the eighth hole during the third round Saturday afternoon at Augusta National.

On the par-5 hole, Spieth was sandwiched between a couple of trees and taking his shot from the dirty, wooded area. It certainly wasn’t an easy shot, and at one point, the Masters broadcast even noted: “Doesn’t look too good for Jordan.”

It definitely didn’t, but Spieth made the most of it and managed to salvage the hole, ending up with a birdie. His shot in the woods from 94 yards away landed a little off the green, but the ball ultimately rolled within a few feet of the hole before he tapped it in.

What a shot.

At that point after the birdie, Spieth was four under, and not long after that, the tournament was paused because of inclement weather.

But golf fans couldn’t get enough of Spieth’s amazing shot.
