Jordan Spieth hit the most unreal Ryder Cup shot off a hill that nearly sent him into Lake Michigan

When it comes to this shot from Jordan Spieth at the 2021 Ryder Cup — which didn’t lead to a win for him and Justin Thomas over Sergio Garcia and Jon Rahm on Friday morning — there’s so much to take in.

Let’s start with the situation. He had to go up on the side of a hill — THE SIDE! — in some seriously deep rough and somehow, he got it within a few feet of the hole on No. 17 at Whistling Straits.

But then, there’s him falling down after the shot, running toward Lake Michigan (which some fans have already turned into a meme).

Whatever. This is an all-timer of a shot! Let’s run through it.
