Jordan hosts Women's Asian Cup encouraging girls to join the game

The Middle East is hosting the Women's Asian Cup for the first time.

The 10-team tournament kicked off in Jordan on Friday, and despite a loss to the Philippines in their opening game, the host nation is aiming to consolidate its reputation as a supporter of the women's game.
