Jonas Brothers reunite! Nick, Joe and Kevin leave fans in tears with Carpool Karaoke skit

Prepare to get nostalgic – Disney trio the Jonas Brothers are back.

Siblings Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas will drop new single Sucker on Friday, marking six years since their last release.

Chat show host James Corden confirmed the news, telling fans he and the band have “been burning up trying to keep this secret” as the trio reunited on his Carpool Karaoke skit.

A two minute teaser shows Corden picking up Joe before Nick and Kevin jump in for a sing-along around Los Angeles.

“It’s nice to be able to finally tell people after keeping it secret for seven months,” Nick says before launching into their new single.

The group also tweeted the clip alongside the caption: “We’re baaaccckkkk…” The message came hours after they blacked out their social media accounts before returning with updated profile pictures.

Sucker: The Jonas Brothers are set to release comeback single Sucker

Fans were predictably ecstatic at the news, with some reduced to tears.

The Jonas Brothers will kick off a week-long takeover of Corden's The Late Late Show from March 4-7. They will spill all on the story behind their reunion as well as taking part in sketches and segments including Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts. They will also perform Sucker for the first time live.

The Jonas Brothers formed in 2005 and found fame on the Disney channel before making their film debut in Camp Rock, in which they played a band called Connect Three. They shot their first Disney series, Jonas, in 2009 which saw them pretend to be musicians in a bid to hide their lives as government secret agents.

The group released four albums, three of which scored consecutive number ones, and collectively sold over 17 million worldwide.
