Jonas Brothers fans feel like all their Christmases have come at once after Disney+ unveiled the first teaser trailer for the group’s upcoming festive film, A Very Jonas Christmas Movie.
Joe, Kevin and Nick Jonas star as themselves in the all-star comedy, which will premiere in November. The project marks a return to Disney for the brothers, who first rose to fame with the network in the mid-2000s through the sitcom Jonas and the Camp Rock films.
The new movie comes as the pop-rock trio celebrate their 20th anniversary as a band. The plot follows the siblings on a chaotic journey as they attempt to travel from London to New York in time to spend Christmas with their families. Along the way, they encounter a series of increasingly bizarre obstacles, from broken down cars to being surrounded by wolves in the woods.
The teaser opens with the brothers on tour in the UK before Kevin remarks: “I haven’t seen my kids in like a month.”

In another scene, Nick reassures wife Priyanka Chopra on a video call that they will make it home in time for Christmas.
But chaos soon ensues after their tour manager Brad, played by Randall Park, asks if they are sure they can manage the journey without him. Nick confidently replies: “It’s one night, Brad, we’ll be fine” — only for things to quickly unravel.
Fans have been quick to share their excitement in the YouTube comments, where the trailer has already racked up almost four million views.
“Welcome back to Disney, Jonas Brothers. God bless everyone,” wrote one viewer. Another said: “The Jonas Brothers are BACK.” Others added: “I can’t wait for this movie,” and: “Oh this is gonna be so much fun to watch.”

Speaking previously to The Standard about their two decades in the industry, Nick Jonas reflected: “It’s a crazy moment in our career.
“We’re very aware of how fortunate we are to still be doing what we’re doing and to have the support of our incredible fans over the many stages and moments throughout our career.
“I think I just have a real sense of gratitude as we approach these milestones and you know, 20 years of Jonas Brothers is a pretty wild thought considering I’m only 32 and my brothers are in their 30s.”
As well as Randall Park, the cast features Chloe Bennet, Billie Lourd, Laverne Cox, KJ Apa, Andrew Barth Feldman, Andrea Martin and Jesse Tyler Ferguson. Musician Kenny G and songwriter Justin Tranter also make appearances as themselves.
The Jonas Brothers first formed in 2005 and shot to global stardom with Disney’s backing. They split in 2013 citing creative differences but reunited six years later. Now with six studio albums and a legion of loyal fans, their latest project shows the band is still very much a family affair.
