Jon Jones, Israel Adesanya continue their Twitter war of words

The hottest feud in the UFC continues to be the one between a pair of competitors on opposite ends of the planet who fight in different weight classes.

UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya and former light heavyweight champion Jon Jones continued their war of words Monday, as their trash talk show no signs of slowing down.

Jones made the first move this time, saying Adesanya keeps talking about him but doesn’t want to fight:

He then retweeted more than a dozen replies from fans, waiting for Adesanya, who apparently didn’t spend his entire day refreshing Twitter. “The Last Style Bender” finally replied about two and a half hours later:

And it was on. Adesanya referenced Jones’ criminal record. Jones continued insisting Adesanya wants to duck him, while also making a curious tweet implying his current agency is not world class.
