Jon Gruden is starting to really fall for Nathan Peterman and NFL fans absolutely love it

NFL fans everywhere (besides in Oakland) let out a loud, collective chuckle when Jon Gruden and the Oakland Raiders signed QB Nathan Peterman last December.

Peterman spent two terrible years with the Buffalo Bills before being cut last season, mostly because he’s one of the worst QBs to ever play the game of professional football.

Gruden, whose enthusiasm and love for the game can often lead him to say some wild things, raved about Peterman before the 2017 Draft, saying he looked like a pro QB who could take over a team from Day 1.

That did not come close in Buffalo, as Peterman had 12 interceptions and three TDs in 8 games with the Bills.

Gruden, however, is apparently falling even harder for Peterman as the Raiders coach said Tuesday that the QB is “really growing on me.”
