Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti has brought something to Goodison Park Toffees stars 'haven't experienced' before according to Joleon Lescott.
The highly decorated Italian manager is making a positive impact according to the former Everton defender.
Lescott says players have told him just how impressed they have been with the former Real Madrid and Chelsea boss.
"Having spoken to a few players who are part of that squad, they have been very impressed with his mannerisms," he said on Sky Sports ' Football Show.
"Everyone is aware of his tactical knowledge but in terms of man-management, they have said they haven’t experienced anything like it.
"That’s a good sign. When players talk about the positive impact a manager has had on them away from the training ground, it’s a positive for any manager."
Lescott also believes Ancelotti will need no reminding what's expected at Goodison Park.
"I’m sure he is used to that kind of scenario, coming from Napoli. Those fans have a similar kind of passion, an ambition as Everton," he added.
"I’m sure he is aware of the expectations of Everton fans."
