JoJo Siwa's comeback to parent who says kid won't watch her again after she came out

JoJo Siwa has had the perfect comeback to a parent who said their child won't be watching her videos again after she came out.

The Youtuber and Nickelodeon star, 17, came out as gay on social media last week, with her legions of fans and people across the globe sending their support.

But some parents who have homophobic views have vowed that their children are now banned from being a fan of hers.

"My daughter will never watch your videos again," commented one on JoJo's recent Instagram post.

But instead of getting angry at the ignorant comment, JoJo remained unfazed by the threat.

"Okay!" she simply commented.

The interaction was shared by Instagram account Comments By Celebs who spotted it.

JoJo came out by sharing a picture of herself wearing a top that her cousin had bought her.

It read: "Best gay cousin ever."

JoJo said she'd 'never been this happy before' (Instagram)

She then followed up on her decision to come out publicly in an emotional video.

JoJo said: "Personally, I have never, ever, ever been this happy before and it feels really awesome."

"I've been happy for a little bit now. It's just so, so, so awesome,” she added.

"You guys probably haven't seen me this happy since I was on tour."

JoJo also said she didn't want to "label" her sexuality as she was still figuring it out.

She continued: "Right now what matters is that you guys know that no matter who you love, that it's OK. It's awesome and the world is there for you."
