Kate will be sharing tips on choking prevention and more (Mini First Aid)

Mini First Aid was first launched in January 2014, by Kate and her husband Matt, offering quality baby and child first aid classes to parents and carers.

Kate saw the potential for growth and started franchising the business in 2015 and today Mini First Aid has over 60 franchisees nationwide.

Their classes have won numerous awards and are delivered in a relaxed and comfortable style to give parents the confidence to know what actions to take if faced with a medical emergency.

The business was also featured on Dragon's Den, where Kate, Matt and their kids won the support of Sara Davies.

Over the years they have provided first aid training to many parents, including Giovanna Fletcher.

In a post on their website, the author, actress and mum said: "It was a pleasure meeting Kate and Jacky from Mini First Aid and being taught what to do in case of an emergency. Learning CPR and what to do when a child is choking is invaluable.

"Obviously, I hope I never had to use the things I learned in today’s class, but horrible things happen and knowing these techniques can really make a huge difference. The class was fun and accessible given the seriousness of the topic.

"I would highly recommend everyone doing it."

Join us live on Facebook on Wednesday to discuss this and please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
