Join the teddy bear trail and steam train rides on this family day out

There’s nothing better than spending some time with your little ones during the Bank Holiday - and there’s a fabulous day out not far from Liverpool this month.

Cheshire ’s Eaton Hall is hosting an open day during the late Bank Holiday on May 26.

The 88 acres of gardens at the estate will be open to explore, where families can enjoy a walk through the flowers and see the Dragon Garden.

Family friendly pubs you can take the kids to in Liverpool and beyond  

Families will be able to join the teddy bear trail and even visit the charity stalls set up around the estate to enjoy the trinkets and food available.

Mums and dads can take their little ones on steam train rides, as Katie the Steam Engine will be open all day to entertain guests.

Picnics and dogs are welcome at the event, so it’s perfect for making a day of it.

Visitors can also take in the heritage and machinery displays, along with displays of birds of prey.

A magical Disney-inspired fairy tale sing-along brunch is coming to Liverpool  

There will also be entertainment by the Chester Wind Band.

This event is cash only as it a charity open day.

Gates open from 10:30am and prices start from £8 per adult, £2 per child, or £18 per family.
