Johnny Vegas offers to 'shoot' Janey Godley's tumour as he wishes her well ahead of cancer operation

Johnny Vegas has offered to 'shoot' Janey Godley's tumour with a pellet gun as she prepares for her cancer operation this week.

The Benidorm star and fellow comedian didn't hold back as he offered his utmost support to Janey during a difficult and terrifying time.

Janey, who is widely known for her hilarious Nicola Sturgeon covid lockdown voiceovers, revealed in November that she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.

She is due to go in for her lifesaving operation to remove 'Bunty the tumour' on Thursday.

She was diagnosed in November, with some of her symptoms including losing her appetite, needing to urinate more, and experiencing pain in her stomach during a run of gigs in the UK.

Janey, who will undergo a full hysterectomy on Thursday, had told her fans on social media: "Looking forward to my hysterectomy this week, BUNTY the Tumour will soon be gone - I Love The NHS."

Her pal Johnny Vegas replied: "Will BUNTY be disposed of or will I keep my pellet rifle handy? Main priority, obviously? You Janey, you're the reason love found a four letter word. As for Bunty...like Trump....f*** off c***".

A thrilled Janey replied to Johnny: "Glorious".
