Johnny Sexton is resuming full training this week and on course to start Leinster's Champions Cup semi-final against Toulouse on Sunday.
Tadhg Furlong is also available to Leo Cullen, despite coming off with a knock in Saturday's PRO14 defeat to Glasgow, along with Devin Toner and Will Connors.
It all leaves Leinster in a strong position heading into the Aviva Stadium encounter against the French kingpins, who Leinster have faced twice already in Europe this season.
Sexton, 33, hasn't played since suffering a quad injury in Ireland's final Six Nations fixture against Wales exactly a month ago.
His availability is a massive boost to the defending champions, although Ross Byrne guided the Blues through their quarter-final win over Ulster.
Rory O'Loughlin is also in the mix for selection as he will resume full training after recovering from a hamstring prpblem.
But it is expected that Robbie Henshaw - who returned to action last weekend after a problematic dead leg - and Garry Ringrose will reunite as the centre partnership.
The province have confirmed that Mick Kearney will miss the rest of the season with a shoulder injury.
