The Los Angeles Rams fanbase has been waiting for the team to reveal its new uniforms for quite a while. Some have even put off buying a new jersey for a few years.
Well, with the new uniforms now in the open, fans can go out and buy the jersey of their favorite player – as long as their favorite player isn’t Johnny Hekker.
Hekker’s No. 6 jersey isn’t available for purchase on NFL Shop, which the punter takes exception to. He’s had fans asking him on Twitter where they can buy his shirt, and he’s wondering the same thing.
Hekker may be a punter, but he’s one of the most popular players on the team – and one of the longest-tenured, too. Cam Akers and Van Jefferson jerseys are available for purchase, so why not Hekker’s?
There isn’t even a custom name option for the Rams’ new jerseys, making it impossible to get one with “Hekker” on the back.
