Johnny Depp's daughter Lily-Rose gushes over famous parents 'they weren't strict'

Johnny Depp 's daughter Lily-Rose Depp has opened up about what it was like being brought up by two celebrities.

The model and actress, 20, revealed she had "nothing to rebel against" as her parents were so lenient.

Her singer mum Vanessa Paradis and her actor dad Johnny also bring up her 17-year-old brother Jack.

Vanessa and Johnny split in 2012 after being together for 14 years.

Johnny then married and divorced Amber Heard in a high profile split which saw her accuse him of domestic violence.

Lily-Rose told The Sun : "My parents weren’t very strict. They’ve always trusted me to be independent and make my own decisions. There wasn’t really anything to rebel against.

"They both left school when they were 15, so they can’t really say anything. I never thought of university as my goal.

"I’ve always just wanted to work. I didn’t have any incentive to keep doing all that work."

She added she used to wear her mother's clothes and wanted to be a singer like her when she was younger.

She praised the support system her parents gave her amid media scrutiny as Johnny became one of the world's most famous actors.

"My parents did a great job of giving me and my brother the most private upbringing we could have", she said.

"So to value your private life and to keep it for yourself has always been important to me...

"I’m not really a club-goer... I watch cooking shows more than anything."
