While Johnny Depp waits to hear what sentence he’ll receive in the doggate saga, a second trailer has landed for Black Mass, a film that sees him play a far more dangerous criminal.
The drama sees Depp embody Whitey Bulger, a notorious gangster who teamed up with the FBI to bring down a mafia family. It’s a welcome return for Depp to a film that doesn’t involve pirates or Tim Burton and his performance will surely be pushed come Oscar time.
The impressive cast also includes Benedict Cumberbatch, Joel Edgerton, Dakota Johnson, Juno Temple, Kevin Bacon and Corey Stoll.
