John Terry has taken to social media to seemingly deliver his approval on the reported arrival of Thiago Silva at Chelsea.
Chelsea are thought to be keen on signing a new central defender this summer, with Blues head coach Frank Lampard aware of the need to strengthen at the back after high profile defeats in recent months.
The Blues have been linked with several names, including West Ham's Declan Rice, Brighton's Lewis Dunk and Atletico Madrid's Jose Gimenez.
But Chelsea could make a move for Silva, with the Blues understood to be working on a deal after the Brazilian was offered to the club after his contract at Paris Saint-Germain expired.
Silva captained the Ligue 1 champions to the Champions League final, where they were beaten 1-0 by Bayern Munich on Sunday evening.
Fiorentina and former side AC Milan have also been linked with a move for the 35-year-old, but a move to the Premier League could present an intriguing option for the player.
And former Chelsea captain Terry, arguably the club's greatest ever central defender, has delivered his verdict on the possible move for the veteran star.
The 433 Instagram account posted a picture of Silva mocked-up in a Chelsea kit on Sunday, with the caption: "@thiagosilva says goodbye to PSG after 8⃣ years and 2⃣3⃣ trophies. His move to @chelseafc is almost done, per @davidornstein."

And Terry was among the thousands of people who 'liked' the post, along with former Blues midfielder John Obi Mikel and current goalkeeper Jamal Blackman.
Speaking after the Champions League final defeat, Silva insisted that he does not yet know what his future holds, despite reports claiming that he is on the verge of signing for Chelsea.
"I don’t know, I want to still play for another three or four years," he told L'Equipe.
"I want to prepare myself to play the World Cup in Qatar in 2022. We will see how my body responds."
Though the Brazilian insists he doesn't know what the next step in his career will be, the defender confirmed that he has played his final game for PSG.
Reflecting on his time with the French giants and the agony of missing out on laying his hands on the Champions League trophy, the defender continued: “The disappointment is there, we will have to continue and lift our heads. Not everyone gets to the final.
"The match was decided on small details. We knew that they cross a lot to the far post, we were punished.
"Sadly for me, it was my final match at PSG. It is even worse for me. This year, things worked very well, apart from during this match.
“Thanks to everyone for the support, it was incredible. Respect is the most important thing and they have always shown me that.
"I apologise to the supporters for the disappointment of this final. The club will continue to progress and will have a new opportunity to win the Champions’ League.
"I hope to be able to come back in the future to do something with PSG. I am incredibly grateful to the club. Thanks to the president, thanks to the Emir for their faith.”
