Robbie Neilson has revealed John Souttar will be in contention for Hearts' top of the table clash at Ibrox.
The Hearts boss provided an injury update after Souttar's thigh strain saw him ruled out of Hearts' wins over Motherwell and Livingston.
But Neilson insists he'll be ready to tackle Rangers on October 16.
He said: "Yeah, 100 percent he'll be back. He'll be in contention for Ibrox in a fortnight's time.
"We were hopeful [on Thursday] but yesterday we did a wee bit of work again and he could just feel it a little bit.
"We felt that Taylor Moore did well when he came in last week so felt it was right to keep him in for now."
