The John Lewis Christmas advert has become a staple of the festive season.
In recent years we have seen Excitable Edgar, Moz the Monster, Sam and Monty and even Elton John all become the stars of the show.
And just because 2020 has been a bit unusual, the usual magic of Christmas will not stop and John Lewis have been somewhat rumbled.
A TikTok user seems to have accidentally revealed the location of the filming for the advert, the Daily Star reports, as a local in the town of Orpington in Kent has claimed that the highly-anticipated advert is being filmed on her road and posted a video to somewhat prove it.
She wrote alongside the video: "John Lewis advert being filmed up my road," with Mariah Carey's All I Want for Christmas Is You playing over the clip.
The clip appears to show a roundabout covered in fake snow with a huge mystical tree in the centre - plus a film crew which gives away that something IS going on.
Orpington residents have also claimed that the festive advert was filmed on a street in the area.
A local resident told Daily Star Online he saw crew filming a little boy and girl trying to get a football down from a tree.
He said: "It was really impressive, they made the area look like Christmas time.
"They covered the big tree in snow to make it look like Christmas. The little girl and the little boy were looking up at the tree and throwing an umbrella to get it down.
"They put Christmas decorations on all the house, they put fairy lights and wreaths on them.
"I was really impressed, it was something different to see in the area."
Rumours have already began to swirl about the advert with people taking to social media about what they think it will entail this year - including some mocking the unbelievable way 2020 has panned out.
And it's Jess Glynne who is currently favourite to provide the soundtrack for this year's ad.
But fans have high hopes.
"John Lewis best be cooking up a storm for this years Christmas advert, cause that’s all I’m hanging onto for the rest of this year," one Twitter user said.
Another commented: "The new John Lewis advert is gonna be corona related I can already tell and it’s def gonna make me cry."
"The John Lewis advert is gonna be a KILLER this year. Lonely grandparents, everything changing... my heart strings already being pulled before release," a third added.
