Everyone’s favourite department store John Lewis is preparing itself for a busy Boxing Day sale this year.
John Lewis stores will be closed on Boxing Day, but will reopen on December 27 - but the good news is the John Lewis Boxing Day sale has already started online.
For shoppers lucky enough to get some vouchers or cash for Christmas who plan to head into store, it’s worth checking timings before you head out.
The retailer has confirmed that all shops in England and Wales in Tier 4 are now temporarily closed. However, stores not in Tier 4 and those in Scotland remain open as normal over the festive period.
John Lewis Boxing Day opening times:
- Christmas Day - all stores closed
- December 26th - all stores closed except Trafford
- December 27th - all stores open for click and collect, operating with usual Sunday trading hours (11am-5pm)
- December 28th to 30th - all stores open for click and collect
- December 31st - Most stores will open between 9am and 6pm for click and collect services.
Due to restrictions, John Lewis has advised customers check times of individual shops online at johnlewis.com during the Christmas period.
The retailer also has hundreds of Click & Collect locations that will be open from December 27 along with home delivery options for customers to choose from.
Shoppers can also book a shopping slot online and choose an arrival time and come straight in - making your shopping experience that bit more pleasurable.
