John Johnson has a message for Rams fans who won’t embrace the change

The Los Angeles Rams were the primary focus of the NFL world this week after they unveiled their redesigned uniforms on Wednesday. The reception was mixed, with seemingly half of the fans liking the new uniforms and the other half criticizing them.

Unsurprisingly, Rams players love the new look and have been raving about the refreshed uniforms. Cooper Kupp shared a message for fans on Instagram, saying the jerseys will become part of the team’s new identity at SoFi Stadium, adding that “you look good because you walk off the field as a winner.”

John Johnson chimed in with a comment of his own on Kupp’s post, respectfully telling fans who refuse to embrace the Rams’ new look to find a new team (click the below tweet to see Johnson’s message).

“Talk to em Coop !!! You don’t have to like, but if you don’t wanna embrace the change as fans… find a new team. Respectfully”

Johnson isn’t showing fans any disrespect, but simply pointing out that an opinion of a uniform shouldn’t take away from supporting the team. There will always be fans who dislike the design of a uniform or logo, just as there will be those who love them.

When the Rams eventually get back on the field wearing their new uniforms, as Kupp said in his post, it’ll just become part of the team’s brand and identity.
