John Dodson will look to turn things around at home.
Dodson (20-11 MMA, 9-6 UFC) takes on Nathaniel Wood at UFC on ESPN+ 25 in Rio Rancho. The UFC announced the matchup Thursday after an initial report from Sherdog.
UFC Rio Rancho takes place Feb. 15 at Santa Ana Star Center in New Mexico. The card is expected to air on ESPN or stream on ESPN+.
Former two-time UFC flyweight title challenger Dodson, will look to snap a two-fight losing skid when he competes in his home state of New Mexico. He is coming off back to back losses to Jimmie Rivera, and most recently, Petr Yan in February.
England’s Wood (16-3 MMA, 3-0 UFC) has earned victories in each of his UFC outings, getting finishes over Johnny Eduardo, Andre Ewell, and Jose Quinonez.
