John Barrowman will not be appearing on the new series of ITV's Dancing On Ice.
The star is instead being lined up for the channels All Star Musicals specials, which he is said to be "thrilled about".
An ITV spokesman told The Mirror: “We thank John Barrowman for two brilliant years on the Dancing on Ice panel and are pleased to be working with him again as host of the forthcoming All Star Musicals specials.”
A spokesman for John added: "John is thrilled to be returning to work for ITV as host on the new All Star Musicals."
The news comes after a tough few years for the singer and actor after he was accused of repeatedly exposing himself on the sets of other shows.

The 54-year-old actor's past behaviour was thrown into the spotlight when his co-star from Doctor Who, Noel Clarke, was accused of serious sexual misconduct.
At the 2014 sci-fi convention Chicago Tardis, Clarke told fans that John exposed himself "every five seconds" on set when they worked together - a claim that left his reputation as a family friendly entertainer and Dancing On Ice judge hanging in the balance.
According to The Guardian, a number of people alleged to have seen the actor exposing himself while he appeared on both Torchwood and Doctor Who.

One of the women who spoke to The Guardian said: "He would get his genitals out on a regular basis."
John confirmed that he was seeking therapy earlier this year for the trauma of being 'cancelled' and said that he was drawing a "thick black line" under the past.
He told the Daily Mail: "As Captain Jack Harkness I was the star of Torchwood, so I felt it was down to me to lead the company and keep them entertained."
John said that due to the nature of filming, everyone on set would have been aware days in advance that he would be recording a nude scene, and flashing his genital area was a way of making fun of any awkwardness.

He added: "I'd be waiting in my trailer wearing just a robe with a sock over my 'parts'.
"Then, if I were standing waiting to film a scene where I needed to be nude and someone came into view, I'd make a joke to put them and myself at ease.
"My actions were simply designed to defuse any potential awkwardness among the cast and crew," he added.
John has never been arrested or charged and no other allegations have been made about John.

John was said to be deeply hurt by the backlash, and added that his antics were never of a sexual nature - unlike Noel's, who was accused of groping, harassment and sharing naked audition videos.
Noel vehemently denies any criminal wrongdoing or sexual misconduct, and said in a statement to the PA news agency: "I vehemently deny any sexual misconduct or criminal wrongdoing.
"Recent reports however have made it clear to me that some of my actions have affected people in ways I did not intend or realise.
"To those individuals, I am deeply sorry. I will be seeking professional help to educate myself and change for the better," Noel added.
Meanwhile, John said: "The motivation for what I'd call my 'tomfoolery' was to maintain a jokey atmosphere.
"There was absolutely nothing sexual about my actions and nor have I ever been accused of that."
His Torchwood co-star Gareth David-Lloyd, who played Captain Jack’s lover Ianto Jones, backs these claims, having previously said: “In my experience John’s behaviour on set was always meant to entertain, make people laugh and keep their spirits and energy high on what were sometimes very long working days.

“The John I knew on set would never have behaved in a way he thought was affecting someone negatively. From what I know of him, that is not his nature. He was a whirlwind of positive energy, always very generous, kind and a wonderfully supportive lead actor.”
Similarly, Barrowman’s Dancing on Ice co-judge Ashley Banjo has said he’d happily work with the star again.
Ashley said: “I’d like to see him come back. The impression I get from this story is it’s something small and historic, something blown out of proportion. What I’m not a supporter of in regard to cancel culture is when the speed of allegation is much faster than the speed of investigation.”
