The emotional moment followed a surprise note from Kelsey after their fantasy suite date, where she expressed her feelings of missing him during their time apart.
Although the note initially left Joey feeling confused about their relationship status, he ultimately chose Kelsey as one of his final two women, alongside Daisy Kent.
