Joe Worrall issues three-word plea before Nottingham Forest vs West Ham

Nottingham Forest captain Joe Worrall has urged supporters to stick with the team ahead of their clash with West Ham, this weekend.

The Reds will return to home action against the Hammers on the back of a 2-0 defeat at Newcastle United. Goals from Fabian Schar and Callum Wilson in the second half proved sufficient for Eddie Howe's side to claim their first three points of the season.

Upon the club's return to the top-flight for the first time after 23 years, Worrall acknowledged it was always going to be a "tough task", following their promotion to the Premier League via the play-offs last season.

The 25-year-old wrote on Twitter: "Forest back in the Premier League. We know the performance never warranted points, but to step out in that atmosphere away from home for the return back in the big league was always going to be a tough ask.

"Thank you for your kind messages of support. Stick with us!"
