Joe Wicks has confirmed he's returning to his PE lessons just 48 hours after undergoing a second operation on his hand.
The Body Coach, 33, was admitted to hospital last week for surgery to remove wires that had been fitted to fix a fracture after he fell off his bike back in March.
He was discharged from hospital yesterday, and will teach his first class today - with his wife Rosie helping demonstrate all the moves.
In a post on his Instagram stories, he explained: "Good morning everybody, I feel fantastic.
"The antibiotics have well and truly kicked in. The inflammation and the swelling has gone right down.
"I'm back in the game so see you Monday morning for some nose-picking."

He had previously admitted his wife Rosie would have to take over his classes for him as he would be unable to exercise after the surgery,
Joe wrote: "In sickness and in health. My wonderful wife Rosie has agreed to be by my side during tomorrow’s PE lesson as my #TeachingAssistant.
"I’ve just got out of hospital with an infection in my hand and whilst high on morphine last night...

"I sent her a text saying 'Rosie I think I need your help, I can’t do PE Monday I’m in bits' to which she replied 'Don't worry darling I'll do it with you'.
"So at 9am tomorrow I’ll be the teacher and she’ll be the assistant demonstrating all the exercises for you."
"I’ll still lead the session and coach you through it. I’ll just have Rosie demonstrating the moves."

Joe was admitted to hospital on Friday after the injury became enflamed.
He fractured his hand at the end of March after falling off his bike, but he woke up in intense pain last week and underwent a second surgery on Saturday.
He spent two nights under the care of doctors before being discharged to recover at home.
