Joe Wicks ran 5k through Manchester city centre this morning with local fans.
Around 100 'inspiring' people joined the fitness coach, also known as The Body Coach, for a run through the city, starting at the Manchester Opera House, passing The Lowry Hotel and ending in Spinningfields.
The dad-of-two put out a call on social media last night for local fans to join him on the run this morning (Tuesday).

Joe said: "Wanna join me for a 5km run tomorrow morning in Manchester?
"I’ll be outside the Manchester Opera House at 6.30am and running 5km in 30 mins. Hope to see you there."

This morning, he documented the run on his Instagram stories.
He posted a clip just over halfway through the run, and said: "Manchester, we're 3k down, 2 to go.
"Having a right laugh it's amazing getting together with people and meeting people at different levels of their fitness all coming out and having a crack."
He then posted a picture with everyone who joined him on the steps outside Manchester Crown Court in Spinningfields.
He wrote: "Manchester run crew, thank you for joining me."

Speaking on his stories, the fitness fanatic then added: "That was brilliant, great little turnout here in Manchester probably about 100 people, all set their alarm to get up and do it, crack of dawn.
"I don't normally get up this early but I feel fantastic.
"Got a bit of fresh air, met some wonderful people, and left feeling inspired by the people who just turn up and give it their best because it's not an easy thing running 5k.
"So yeah, all legends in my eyes and I hope these stories are inspiring you to get out and do a bit of exercise yourself today."

Joe is currently travelling across the UK for two weeks to promote his new kids book The Burpee Bears.
