Joe Wicks drops sex scheduling bombshell as he spills all on intimacy with Rosie

Joe Wicks candidly confessed he has to schedule sex with his wife Rosie.

To fan the flames of their romance, the PT guru admitted the married couple have to schedule sex once a week.

The dad-of-two said time was "so disrupted" looking after their children Indie and Marley so he and his wife find one night a week to go to bed earlier.

However, the fitness fan revealed the importance of "reconnecting" in the precious time he has alone with the former Page 3 model.

During Made by Mammas the podcast, he said: "That time is so disrupted it’s almost like you’ve got to crowbar intimacy into your week. One night a week ... If you can go to bed earlier... It allows you to have that time to talk. You’ve got to get warmed up sometimes, you can’t just jump straight into things.

"Sometimes, I’ll go to bed with Rosie and we’ll have a really nice chat, we might watch a show [...] and you’re suddenly reconnecting."

But the YouTube star let slip stopping kissing was a major warning sign any romance was in trouble.

TV bosses were rumoured to be eyeing up the couple Joe and Rosie for daytime TV.

Joe's workouts have skyrocketed in popularity after he begun to offer free classes online amid the lockdown.

It snowballed when he injured his hand and he got his wife Rosie on board to help out.

An TV source told The Sun on Sunday: “Joe and Rosie are the hottest couple in TV right now. All channels are lining up to offer them deals.

“Their performances during lockdown really caught the eye of ITV producers. Good Morning Britain and This Morning would both love to offer them slots.

"But the couple think This Morning would be a good match for them.”
