Joe Wicks brands Gemma Collins' weight loss journey an inspiration

Joe Wicks revealed how 'inspired' he has been by Gemma Collins ' weight loss journey.

Gemma, 40, has been documenting her fitness journey and updating fans on the gruelling workouts she goes through.

She even lost three stone and has been optimistic as she shared workout ideas with fans.

Meanwhile, trainer Joe has wished the Diva Forever star 'good luck' as she works towards her goals.

"There are loads of amazing trainers out there… but I think anyone that is going through a physical and mental transformation is inspiring, I think good luck to everybody," he said.

"It’s about inspiring and people have different journeys. It’s not always about fat loss and weight loss, some people have a positive message around mental health and how they feel."

He added to Metro : "I don’t know Gemma Collins personally… but good luck to anyone trying to inspire the people."

It comes after it was reported that reality TV star Gemma wants to turn her workout journey into a brand new business.

The first lockdown saw Gemma commit to a rigorous workout regimen and healthy diet, and since devoting herself to the lifestyle has shed an almighty three stone.

According to reports, the GC has been looking at becoming the "female Joe Wicks" with her venture.

An insider spoke to Heat magazine and said that Gemma's been inspired by Kim Kardashian's branding for her clothing line SKIMS, and that she wants to "revolutionise how normal women and girls dress for the gym."

The source adds: "She's drawn up ideas for her own exercise equipment, meal plans, and online training sessions that she would film for paid subscribers.

"Gem is so savvy and such a natural-born entrepreneur, she's giddy with excitement over all the prospects and possibilities."
