The Cleveland Browns are full of stars on their roster now with guys like Baker Mayfield, Jarvis Landry and the newly acquired Odell Beckham Jr.
But there was a time not too long ago when the Browns were without a team of stars and year after year seemed to be cycling through players faster than people could count.
The one constant star they had, however, was offensive lineman Joe Thomas, the third overall pick in the 2007 NFL Draft.
Thomas called it a career after last season and since then has lost nearly 50 pounds.

Joe Thomas has betrayed the dad bod brotherhood by getting so ripped. Then again, it is always great to see former players drop the unnecessary weight once they call it a career.
