Joe Swash shares adorable pic of baby Rex as Stacey Solomon explains name meaning

Joe Swash is one proud dad and can't stop sharing photos of his newborn baby boy.

The ex EastEnders star posted another adorable snap of little Rex - his son with Stacey Solomon - on his Instagram page on Saturday afternoon.

Rex appeared to be sucking his thumb as he cuddled up into his Joe's chest in the picture.

The gorgeous tot was wearing a super cute star print babygro that looked just a little too big for him.

Dad-of-two Joe, 37, donned a black basebell cap and a casual grey hoodie as he enjoyed some special time with his 16-day-old son.

He captioned the picture: "I know I’m a bit biased but this kid is so handsome. And he’s got his daddy's forehead."

Stacey and Joe revealed they'd name their son Rex Toby Francis Swash in an Instagram post on Friday.

The Loose Women panelist had decided to wait until her due date to share the news as the baby had arrived early.

She also revealed the special meanings behind his first and middle names.

Stacey explained: "Rex because our boys think he sounds like a T-Rex. Francis is Joe’s Nanna’s name and Toby is my Nanna’s name.

"It's taken us this long to announce the name because for some strange, probably hormone and post birth related, reason I didn’t want to do it until his official due date."
