Joe Swash has opened up for the first time about his exciting baby news with Stacey Solomon, following his fiancee's joyous announcement on Wednesday night.
Loose Women star Stacey, 31, revealed that she is expecting her fourth child, and second with fiancé Joe Swash.
Sharing a glimpse at their journey, Stacey admitted that she and Joe had been trying for 'some time' for another baby and even endured a heartbreaking miscarriage.
The mum said the entire family were delighted to 'welcome a new pickle' into their lives as she filled her Instagram lots of smiling snaps of her brood.
Today Stacey's husband-to-be Joe made his own special announcement on social media as he revelled in the happy news with his followers.
"Thank you so much for all your kind messages," he began.
"I love Stace and our boys so much. I honestly can't wait."
Then in a message to the new baby, Joe said, "I already love you so much."
He accompanied his words with a sweet snap of him and Stacey beaming beside children Leighton, Zacheray and Rex.
On Wednesday evening, Stacey told fans that she and Joe 'couldn't believe it' when they went for a scan and found out she was expecting.
Explaining why she had been keeping a low profile, Stacey penned: "For a while now I’ve felt so yuck and even though I thought about what it felt like I didn’t even want to go and check at first because well, just because, you know (I don’t even like to write it).
"But yesterday we went to check what was going on… And we were so grateful to hear an extra heartbeat my tummy…
"We honestly couldn’t believe it!
"So we told the boys and we’ve spent yesterday and today finishing the Wendy house ready to welcome a new pickle into our lives..."
It's been a whirlwind few years for the couple who welcomed their first child together in May 2019.
Stacey has two sons, Zacheray and Leighton, from previous relationships and Joe has Harry with his ex partner.
Before Christmas 2020, Joe proposed to Stacey during a romantic walk in the woods near their home.
The pair are due to get married in their new abode - which they have dubbed Pickle Cottage - in July.
Craft-loving Stacey has been going full steam ahead with the wedding plans in recent weeks sharing some of her homemade decorations with fans on Instagram.
