The 49ers will have to wait another week or two to get left tackle Joe Staley back. He and wide receiver Marquise Goodwin were both among the 49ers’ inactives Sunday against the Panthers.

Staley practiced all week, but still hasn’t fully healed from his broken fibula in Week 2. He was officially listed as ‘doubtful’ on the final injury report. Goodwin missed Thursday and Friday’s practices as he deals with a personal issue. The team did not elaborate on Goodwin’s absence. He was questionable on the injury report.
