There are very few things that are more synonymous with Swansea than the taste of Joe's Ice Cream.
But since Wales went into lockdown in a bid to stop the spread of coronavirus, the chances to enjoy one of the city's favourite treats have been few and far between.
Whilst a click and collect service has been operational from its head office in Llansamlet, many who have been longing for the ice cream but have been unable to get out have gone without.
But now, the parlour has just made an announcement which will bring a smile to many faces.
It has officially launched a home delivery service, taking its pre-packed ice cream across the city.
It will deliver to the SA2 and SA3 areas on Mondays, SA4 and SA5 on Tuesdays, SA1 and SA6 on Wednesdays, SA7, SA8 and SA10 on Thursdays, and SA14 and SA15 on Fridays.
You can choose between a five litre scooping tub which will cost £25, a 500ml tub which will cost between £3.20 and £3.30, a box of 12 120ml tubs for £18, an ice cream cake for £16.95 or a vanilla two litre tub for £9.25.

Limited slots are available, and orders for your postcode close the day before your chosen delivery slot.

It is a minimum spend of £20, and you must be able to pay over the phone. It will be a contactless doorstep delivery.
Back in 1898, Luigi Cascarini came over to Swansea from the Abruzzi Mountains in Italy.
