Both the Cincinnati Bengals and San Francisco 49ers could be without some key players during their Week 2 encounter this Sunday.
Those 49ers could be without second overall pick Nick Bosa, who comes up as questionable with an ankle injury after recording a sack in his NFL debut.
The outlook is worse for the Bengals, who have Joe Mixon listed as 50-50 to play. He didn’t have much work in the preseason before looking like the starter in Seattle though, so there is a chance he could trump the designation and get out there.
But we can’t suggest the same for left tackle Cordy Glenn, whose self-reported concussion from the preseason will now hold him out of the first two games.
Safety Clayton Fejedelem is a bit of a surprise with a questionable tag, too.
