Joe Lolley has issued a hilarious message to his Nottingham Forest team-mates after being crowned the club's player of the season on Friday.
The former Huddersfield Town man, signed from the Terriers in January last year, hit 11 goals and set up a further 11 for his team-mates in an excellent campaign on a personal level for the 26-year-old.
It hasn't gone to plan on the pitch for the Reds , who sacked Aitor Karanka in January and appointed club legend Martin O'Neill, but Lolley and his team-mates will be back after a well-deserved rest for another tilt at promotion.
And the former Kidderminster Harriers man posted a brilliant message to his fellow Reds on Twitter on Friday evening, making it clear, perhaps with the slightest hint of irony, that his award was well deserved.
After thanking the fans who voted for him, he said: "Would also like to sincerely say thank you to absolutely none of my team mates, as this is an individual award, losers."
