Joe Jonas’ Sophie Turner impression: Singer dresses up as Game of Thrones’ Sansa Stark in hilarious Instagram video

Joe Jonas paid a cheeky tribute to his fiancé Sophie Turner by dressing up as her character from Game of Thrones.

Jonas, 29, marked the show’s return to TV by embodying Sansa Stark.

The singer donned a blue medieval-inspired dress and a long ginger wig as a nod to Turner in an Instagram video which saw him walk towards the camera to the theme tune before flicking his hair and sashaying away.

He captioned the clip: “MOOD.”

Fans were in hysterics, including Jonas’ sister-in-law Priyanka Chopra who commented: “Tooooo good!!”

Jonas is among those who know the ending to the HBO show, with Turner recently telling fans he had to sign a non-disclosure agreement after spending time on set with her.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight she said: “Joe was on set most of the time so he kind of figured it out and he was like, ‘Can you fill me [in]?’

“And, he signed an NDN, NDA and everything so it’s all good.’”

Season eight – the final in the epic fantasy saga – kicked off last night in the US, with the show simulcast in the UK at 2am.

Turner snapped back at one fan who appeared to question her character’s intelligence in episode one. Claiming Sansa fell for Petyr Baelish's tricks, the Twitter user wrote: “Ok but like I’m confused as to how Sansa is the smartest person she knows when homegirl was .5 seconds away from falling into Petyr’s s*** (sic).”

Turner replied: “Girl... I never was.”

Others are convinced the actress teased her character's death after she posted a shot of herself sleeping on set.

Game of Thrones is on Sky Atlantic, tonight at 9pm. It is also available on NOW TV.
