The property closed at a sale price of $5.36 million, slightly below the initial listing price of nearly $6 million. Situated in the vibrant Nolita neighborhood of downtown Manhattan, the 2,907-square-foot unit features three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a walk-in closet and en-suite bath, as well as three total bathrooms.
The condo is part of a luxury boutique building with only 11 residences and offers amenities such as a 24-hour doorman. The kitchen is equipped with high-end SieMatic cabinetry, Imperial Danby marble countertops, and Miele appliances. Additional features include a Daikin central air system and custom oak floors throughout the unit.
One of the standout features of the condo is its expansive 1,450-square-foot private terrace, providing lush green landscaping and impressive views of the city. Access to the unit is via a private elevator that opens into a foyer.
Joe Jonas originally purchased the condo in 2018 for $5.6 million. The sale was handled by real estate agents from The Gambino Group at Compass and Modlin Group. The buyer, whose identity remains undisclosed, was represented by agents from The Gambino Group at Compass.
Joe Jonas, who is currently going through a divorce from actress Sophie Turner, has been active in the real estate market, recently selling properties in Los Angeles and Miami. He is also on tour with the Jonas Brothers following the release of their latest album, 'The Album,' in May of last year.
