Tottenham Hotspur have changed things up for their clash against Brighton this afternoon both on and off the pitch.
Mauricio Pochettino has reshuffled his starting line-up as Moussa Sissoko starts at right-back in place of the suspended Serge Aurier.
Ben Davies has replaced Danny Rose at left-back, while Eric Dier, Christian Eriksen and Erik Lamela are also in the team.
But it's not just the changes on the field which was noted pre-match during live coverage of the contest on BT Sport.
Former Chelsea star Joe Cole, who is on punditry duties today for BT Sport, noticed a shift in the mentality of the Tottenham players prior to kick-off.
In particular, Cole noted that the Spurs players had engaged in a huddle before the game, something which he explained is not a regular occurrence.
"There was a huddle and I don't think I've seen that before and Harry Kane was leading it. I heard them coming through onto the pitch and there was a concentration and a focus in their eyes," Cole told BT Sport.
The talking will be done on the field but it's at least good to see for Tottenham fans that their team is sticking together as one unit, though the Hugo Lloris error at Brighton which led to the opening goal from Neal Maupay was certainly not the best start.
Manager Mauricio Pochettino also spoke pre-match on BT Sport and further reflected on the players' state of mind following the 7-2 hammering at home to Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
"The competition doesn't wait for you and you can't cry about it," Pochettino told BT Sport. "It was a bad night at the office."
