Joe Burrow lit up the Bengals defense on his second scrimmage drive, too

Joe Burrow ran through the Cincinnati Bengals defense in superstar fashion on his very first NFL scrimmage drive on Friday.

The second drive was more of the same for the No. 1 pick.

Burrow smoothly kept it going while spreading the ball out to the likes of Alex Erickson and Auden Tate, going 3-of-4 with 33 yards and a touchdown fade to Tate.

After completing all six of his attempts on the first drive, converting a 3rd-and-14 attempt and throwing a touchdown, Burrow had clearly established a rhythm and kept it moving despite consistent pressure from Sam Hubbard. Keep in mind he’s also working without wide receivers like A.J. Green and John Ross.
