Joe Burrow Bengals jerseys are already out in the wild

That was fast.

The Cincinnati Bengals wrapped up the first pick in the 2020 NFL draft on Sunday during the loss to the Miami Dolphins. Andy Dalton and Co. made a furious rally late but still fell short in overtime, which cemented the beginning of the draft order for this offseason.

In the process, the Bengals seemingly wrapped up the rights to draft LSU’s Joe Burrow, the Heisman Trophy-winning star on his way to the pros and who just so happens to have played high school ball in Athens, Ohio.

Given the details there, it isn’t a big surprise to see striped Burrow jerseys pop up. ESPN’s Darren Rovell explained:

Maybe a few of those show up at Paul Brown Stadium for the team’s season-closing showdown with the Browns.

After that, the long slog to the draft itself might just result in Burrow coming to town.
